"Gymnastics" Academy
Our main focus is on gymnastics and gymnastics related skills. We
are
not a health club, we are not a rock climbing gym, or a daycare
facility,
and we don't teach American History. Our staff
includes some of the top gymnastics coaches in the USA and they are
committed to directing all their expertise and energy into providing
the best gymnastics training in the state, not a "little bit" of a lot
of other things. "Just QUALITY gymnastics training"

- 17,840 sq. ft. "Gymnastics" training facility
- Wall to wall carpeting, with tile in entry way and
bathrooms.
- Our gym is very bright, with plenty of lighting and
white painted
walls.
- Separate preschool, recreational, and team areas for safety
and
focus.
- Giant inground loose foam pit for vault, bars, beam,
floor and tumbling.
- (Our training pit uses a custom trampoline system,
with the
highest quality 6" foam blocks)
- Inground and above ground solid "resi" pits.
- 34' x 42' - 4" recreational and cheer spring floor. (one
of two spring floors)
- Rod tumbling floor, with one piece 2" foam, and
1 1/4" top
carpet bonded foam.
- (Our rod tumbling floor includes pit access as well as a
19' landing
zone)
- Competition AAI spring beams, low beams, wide beams, pit
dismount
beams, carpet beams...
- Competition "Elite" bars, pits bars, resi bars,
single bars,
class bars, floor bars...
- Separate preschool bar area. (easy parent viewing)
- Two separate vaulting horses with foam pit access as
well as a landing zone.
- 40 ft. long tumbling trampoline, with landing on soft 8'
x 16' mat.

- NEW!!! We have a video delay system that allows athletes to
see
each routine seconds after they finish, providing immediate
feedback.

- We have the AAI vault table & vault trainer,
and of course
you can vault into the foam pit.
- Two vault runways: one into the pit, one for level
4 and uphill
vaulting.
- AAI Elite bars over "resi" pit, Midwest FIG bars, Nissen

adjustable (3
ft. to 8 ft. high) training bar over loose foam pit.
- Permanent tumble trampoline bar trainer in the team bar
area.

loose foam and
resi pit.
- Competition acrylic rod tumbling floor into loose foam

wedges, spotting

- We have 25' high ceilings. Plenty of room to
swing, flip and

flow of traffic is very important for a safe productive training
