Sharp's Gymnastics Academy  "OPEN GYM"

• Need some extra "FUN" time in the gym?
• Work on that new skill, or just have some fun in the pit.
• Girls ages 6 and up
• Boys ages 6 to 12
• Saturdays:  12:00 to 1:30 PM

• Cost:  only $5.00 per child (SGA students) ($7.00 for non students)
• Registration forms are available at SGA.
• Once you have a form on file you can visit on a drop by basis.

What does the open gym include?

• "Supervised" time in the gym... (full use of the SGA facility)
• 40 foot tumbling trampoline
• Giant foam pit, 12,000 blocks of soft foam.
• Try that handspring on the tramp, over a barrel, on a resi pit...
• Uneven bars, single bars, strap bar, pit bar...
• Spring beams, wide beam, low beams, pit dismount beam...
• Tumble on one of our two floors, the rod tumbling floor, or into the pit...
• Try out the new vault table, uphill vault, pit vault...
• Meet new friends and maybe even learn a thing or two
• Loads of fun, in a safe, clean, supervised environment

Please Note:   There will be NO open gym on the following dates...

• September 11th
• October 9th
• November 27th
• December 11th
• December 25th
• January 1st

  You can build a castle out of foam blocks.
 
 

Bounce on the 40 foot long tumbling tramp. 

  Hang out in the foam pit.
 

Have fun racing into the foam pit. 

  You can roll around inside a barrel...
 
 

...or swing on a bar over the pit... 

  ...or spin like a top while flying through the air.
