Our core staff has a long standing reputation of
excellence
in the Indianapolis area. Our facility may be new, but our staff
is
not new to the world of Gymnastics. While a big facility with
lots
of pits is great, we all know it is the coaches who produce the
results.
If you lose those coaches, you lose your program.
Our staff has qualified over 100 athletes to National
Championships, with dozens of top ten National medalist, including
numerous State and Regional champions, as well as several U.S. National
Team Members (including 2003, 2005 & 2006). They have been
responsible for
many of Indiana's top athletes over the past ten years.
 Marvin
Sharp (Women's Head Coach, President Team Gold Inc. "SGA")
- Marvin opened SGA in August of 2001 (go to Marvin Sharp for more

- Coaching gymnastics since 1986
- First National Championships 1989
- USA Gymnastics National Team Coach (Jr. & Sr.
International Team)
- 2007 World Championships
Team Coach (USA Team Gold Medal)
- Nationally ranked gymnasts (Junior Olympic and
Elite)
- IN State Education and Safety Chairman
- Graduate of University of Oregon (psychology &
coaching)
- "FIG Academy" Certified International Coach (one
of less than 20 in the USA)
- Coaching in Indianapolis since 1994
- State, Regional, and National Clinician
- USA Gymnastics Professional Member and Safety Certified

Heilman (Women's Team Coach)
- Over 10 years coaching/teaching experience
- Former USAG competitive gymnast
- Graduate of Purdue University
- Level 9 Rated Judge
- USA Gymnastics Professional Member & Safety Certified.
Mandy Minglin
(Women's Team Coach)
- 7 years as competitive gymnast under Coach Sharp (level
10)
- Competed at Junior Olympic National Championships
- Graduate Ball State University...
- 2 years coaching experience before coming back to SGA
- USA Gymnastics Professional Member & Safety Certified.
